The blog format is great for telling an ongoing story and that’s just what Making a Scene has become.

Creative Scene is a new arts organisation charged with spending a chunk of Arts Council funding on improving arts engagement in North Kirklees – that’s Dewsbury and Batley way.

They have commissioned me to tell the story of the community volunteers they’ve recruited to help shape their programme.
