My work with residents of Workington, Cumbria is the third commission from Lancaster University. Their NHS-backed academic research invites groups of residents to investigate better ways for the NHS, local government (and others) to support communities.

The two other areas looked into social isolation. In Cumbria, the residents considered the challenges of employment and job searching.

We produced a 28-page booklet and a mobile exhibition that will be exhibited around Workington and beyond. Check out the issues raised in the booklet below.
